What is Lawn Aeration you ask?

Simplify removes "Cores or Plugs" of dense soil and grass from your lawn.This allows water and fertilizer to quickly make the root system much stronger and grow deeper into the soil base, enhancing root development. Done Early Spring or Fall is the best time to aerate a lawn along with overseeding. 

How does E.L.C. provide Lawn Aeration Service?

We use gas powered lawn aeration equipment that mechanically removes soil cores from your lawn. These soil cores are approximately 1- 2 1/2" in size, spaced 4” apart. The soil cores will vary depending on your soil condition and moisture.

What is Power Raking?

This consists of removing the dense layers of dead roots, stems, and grass that sit between the soil and the grass. Removing this allows for better water coverage and for all nutrients to penetrate through the soil, reaching the roots and giving you that deeper greener lawn.

When should I consider Power Raking?

Late spring, once it is dry is a good time to de-thatch/power rake a lawn. Power raking combined with aeration, and fertilizing will produce a healthier, more beautiful greener lawn.
